Ingredients:
Protein Blend (Micro Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate), xanthan gum, starch, natural and artificial flavorings, sucralose, sodium cholride.

Directions: Mix 2 scoops of Ideal PuddingTM with 4 oz.(1/2 cup) cold water. Whisk until smooth and then refrigerate. For best results, let stand for at least 3 hours. Best consistency and flavor achieved when refrigerated over night.
