Solaray Prostate Blend SP-16 contains Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seeds, with other natural substances to help support healthy prostate function. What does it do? Well, most men have found their way to Saw Palmetto as a means of promoting healthy prostate function. However, Saw Palmetto by itself is not enough to provide the prostate with all the nutrients it needs. The herbs Cornsilk, Parsley, Ginger Kelp, Burdock and Nettles as well as Pumpkin Seed Oil, also helps the prostate function at optimal health better than other formula's containing only Saw Palmetto.
